1. Family Law; whereby we will assist in securing a divorce and a financial settlement. Fees are payable monthly until conclusion.
2. Professional Negligence; whereby we will review the divorce financial settlement and advise whether it is flawed or not. If so then the claim will be conducted on a ‘no win no fee’ basis.
Motoring offences; We can assist you from a fixed fee of £850.00 to £2,500.00 (plus VAT).
This is calculated on a fixed fee basis, subject to investigating your matter. Our estimates are calculated on the basis of average time taken, at an hourly rate of £220.00 (plus VAT).
