I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor, and specialise in development and planning, but alongside this I undertake professional valuation work for the purposes of restrictive covenants; matrimonial; probate; asset valuations; compensation claims; valuations on behalf of Trusts and Charity Commissions; Executorships and Receivers; as well as valuations for Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax purposes. I have been dealing in the valuation, acquisition, sale and rental of land, residential and commercial properties, in this location for over 30 years.

I have dealt with associated Expert Witness matters over the course of the last ten years, including the preparation of formal reports and attendance in Court to give evidence under cross examination. Apart from disputes arising out of other types of professional work, I have dealt with many valuation disputes relating to redevelopment value, professional negligence and diminution of value, as well as tribunal work. I would therefore regard myself as experienced in this area of professional work.
