Marta is a dedicated and meticulous solicitor with a strong focus on professional negligence and family law. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in July 2024, she brings over 5 years of experience assisting client’s recovering financial losses. Since 2020, Marta has advocated for numerous clients’, reclaiming significant sums of money for those she has represented.

Now a practicing solicitor, Marta is a valued member of the Family Law department, taking on her own caseload, whilst working closely with our senior solicitor Madeleine Jones on a range of family matters. Her diligent and detail-oriented approach ensures that every client receives thorough and strategic legal advice tailored to their unique circumstances.

Passionate about advocacy, as demonstrated throughout her career in professional negligence, Marta is known for her strong representation and unwavering dedication to achieving the best outcome for all her client’s. Marta is also fluent in Polish and has previously supported and been a key-recourse for our Polish speaking client’s. When not in the office, she enjoys reading books, cooking and enjoys travelling with her Husband.
